RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer all our Customers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.

Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in unused, in perfect boxed condition. In other words the product must be in a resaleable condition i.e. As New.

If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us with the following details and wait for a reply before shipping your goods back to us. Some restrictions may apply in certain circumstances, but we will notify you.

You must pay the return postage unless the product is faulty in which case we will refund you the cost of postage.

What information do you hold about me?

If you have signed up for our newsletter or sent us an e-mail query, you have given us your email address and possibly your name as well.

If you have placed an order with us or created an account with us, you will have given us your name and address details. These are stored securely in our database. We do not retain any credit card details.

How is this information used?

- If you send us an e-mail query, your details are not used for any other purpose other than answering your query.

We send out regular (2 per month maximum) newsletters and occasional additional company information emails. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, simply choose the Unsubscribe option in the Your Account page or on the Newsletter Subscription page - this will automatically stop any more newsletters being sent to you....
