Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you change your mind or the product is not to your preference, you are welcome to return it. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ensure the item is returned within 7 days of your return being confirmed. Return shipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unopened, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned in a resalable condition.
Due to the nature of essential oils, we understand that customers may wish to assess the aroma. However, once a product has been opened, it cannot be resold as new.
If a return is made for a change of mind and the item has been opened or used, a deduction may be applied to the refund to reflect any loss in value. In some cases, where the product is no longer suitable for resale, this may result in a reduced refund.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described items, which will be assessed and resolved accordingly.
To start a return, please contact us. For items believed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we may request further details or photographs to assess the issue. Where a return is confirmed as necessary, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label or QR code. Items sent back without prior contact and return authorisation may not be accepted.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a return is made due to preference rather than fault, outbound shipping costs are not covered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue.
In the rare case that your item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details so we can assist you promptly.
Changes to orders
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate this. If it has already been sent, unwanted items will need to be returned in line with our returns process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of beauty or personal care products if they have been opened or used, unless faulty. We also cannot accept returns for custom products such as special orders or personalised items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order. Any unwanted items can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
European Union cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
