Formulation Guidelines

• Heat oil and wax to 70 °C to fully melt
• Add to oil phase, then combine with heated water phase under shear
• Use 0.3–0.4 % for emulsification; increase to up to 5 % for thickening
• Cool under gentle stirring to avoid graininess
